Display Settings, Blue Light and Anti-Blue Light Lenses

Question 1:
I just bought a set of Prospek Anti-Blue Light Lenses.

Has anybody used these (or similar)? Do they have an effect on eyestrain and quality of sleep?

Question 2:
If Night Shift is set to the yellow end rather than the blue end, will this have the same effect as the lenses?

Question 3:
In addition to "Color LCD," I am seeing nine other possible display settings in System Preferences --> Built-In Retina Display --> Display. What are these for, and how do I make use of them?
