I know that using the forum I can select 'my posts' to see my own posts and replies etc.

how can I find the posts from others which I may have replied to.

Lori, the 'My Posts' link shows you any threads in which you have made posts (also generally indicated on the forum with the little green indicator next to the thread). If you are looking for thread made by others, then on the 'My Posts' page look for threads Started by others.
