How do I get automatic updates back for High Seirra?

The person I got the Macbook for selected they don't want automatic updates for the system's update.

Where should they go in the system's preferences to make sure it's on.

Go to App Store (Click on Apple icon top menu bar, far left  and select App Store. When it opens, click on App Store on menu bar and choose Preferences (Shortcut is Command = comma).

This is what you will see:



Check or Uncheck each box according to your preferences.

Go to System Preferences -> App Store which will open the dialog box shown below (my MBPro w/ High Sierra) - check or uncheck the items of interest. Dave
