I want to reboot my operating system, but still have all my links saved. How do I do that shy of manually typing them all down? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch.

Rebooting? or Reinstalling?
If you're reinstalling (I'm assuming that's what you meant), you can look in your User Library for a folder called "Safari". Back this up somehow (external drive or burn a CD) then on your new system, simply replace the new one with the old one.
