Terminal help needed

I was having troubles with F-Secure and followed the advice that displayed when reinstalling it. (I have since switched to another app).
Well, I followed the advice (see image) and inserted the command in terminal.
How do I restore those items which were ignored? Thanks!

You're going to need to explain a little bit more about what you are doing when you get this text box. The ignore messages - to me - indicate that nothing was done, so no problem exists?
