Just checked my farily new iMac G5 iSight and Preferences is in the Applications folder. So You are ok.

Cool. Thanks. I was moving stuff and trying to install OpenOffice and I wasnt sure if it should be there cos i didnt notice it b4 but everything was working allright. But it is good to be sure.
