Shared folder ??? help

I want to shared folder on my MAC G4 for some ones use Win version.
How can i do now? just i new comers from win to mac so please help me.

Download Sharepoints to make any folder "Share-able".

Otherwise just turn on Personal File Sharing and/or Windows File Sharing in the Sharing System Preference.

Make sure you have a password for your Mac. You can't connect to it from windows unless your Mac user has a password.

Thanks, I see that Mac have "sharing" on System Preferences also.

pls note we have pc & mac based network, we have shared a folder on win98se computer and we have mounted thiss folder on our Mac 10.3,9 computers.But the problem we are facing is that when any file is added to the folder, it doesnot automatically updates on the mac unless u again mount the same folder.Is there any refresh button or shortcut key for mac.
