I'm super happy with my new iPhone 7. Don't intend to upgrade for at least a year or so. Maybe that's a good thing?

I think there have been 5 reported bad batteries overall. Out of millions sold, that's pretty good, IMHO.

The Press is trying to make this out as another "exploding battery" fiasco that we saw with Samsung. As Jake says, it's only been a few that the battery has swelled pushing the display and glass outward. There have been no reports of a fire or explosion as was with the Samsung phone. Apple has acknowledged that there were some batteries which were defective.
