I have an old iPhone 5C, which doesn't run iOS11.

When I go into the App Store thing, it says there is an Update for Google Drive. However, when I try to update this it says "The current version requires iOS 10.3.3 or later, but you can download the last compatible version".

The iPhone is already on 10.3.3 so why does it say this?

I have accepted this several times but it keeps coming back saying there is an update - with the same result when I try to update. Tried closing the App Store and restarting the phone, but no change.

How do I break out of this look please? Reinstall the Google Drive App maybe?

Tried deleting and reinstalling - it gave the same message when I tried to reinstall it :(

I'm not sure you can get rid of that update notice without deleting the Google Drive entirely. I'm assuming you're accessing the older App Store app on your 5c. With the newer App Store app in iOS 11 you could hide it.

I deleted the Drive App.

Seemed it was offering the links to the new Files App, which of course is not on the 5C as it came out with iOS11. So the issue is with saying the update requires 10.3.3 or later - when it should actually be iOS11, i.e. later than 10.3.3.
