I was trying to install Yubikey 4 on my Mac Book Pro and when I pushed the button on the face of the unit after installing in the USB port it generated a key which overwrote the name of the Hard Drive Icon on my desktop (which now has a 42 character Identification)???. If I drag this to trash will i lose anything and will this strange identification go away. If i go back to early this morning with Time Machine and restore the Desktop will this clear up everything or is the problem created deeper than just the Desktop having changed the name of the Icon.
