I purchased a power supply for my Imac after it started to shut off after about 5 minutes of idle. Received the supply today, attempted to trade it out. However, the LCD is no longer working, as seen by diagnostic light #4 being out, and no backlight on the screen. Any clue on what is going on? All was working correctly beforehand.

G'day and welcome to the forums.
Time to open her up and go back in and double check all the connections, particularly the gold connectors getting power to the LCD. Have a look at ifixit.com for a solution .
