On a iPhone 6, iOS 10.3.2, photo stream turned on in both Photos settings and cloud settings, and no changes (unless unintentional) to any settings lately, photos taken from the camera and screen captures have both stopped appearing in the photostream folder. I take photos and caps and that folder remains empty. Have tried toggling, rebooting, etc.

Weird thing is I'm on a business trip, and up until yesterday it was all working fine, and then just stopped.

Are you on a roaming network? Is it set to upload, only connected to WI-Fi?

No, I wasn't roaming and had wifi, but am not set for wifi only. It was working on the same carrier signal 2 days and stopped. Now in a different city and no difference.

That, indeed, was the problem. I arrived home and had a boat load of photos sitting in photostream. Thanks!
