Hello,
We're using macOS Sierra with the built-in Mail.app for our Exchange email. How come the sent items are not visible in the default "Sent" folder? When we turn off "Store sent messages on the sever" the Sent Items folder becomes visible, but that doesn't solve the issue because we need sent mail stored on the server.
In previous versions of Mac OS X users could use the "Use this Mailbox as" feature, but unfortunately that feature is not available.
Additionally, when we attempt to setup the account as an IMAP account, we experience the same results. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thank you,
Mason
