Hi all,
I'm new here so I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this. Essentially, I'm running into a weird error with my signature in Outlook 2016. When I use an external web link to send a message, Outlook opens up a new windows (as it is supposed to) but the issue that I'm seeing is that the signature that I have set as my default is placed above the text that is imported from the web link. I know that I can set Outlook so that I can manually input my signature via the signature drop down menu; however, that can be cumbersome over time. Would anyone here have any insight as to what I can try to fix this? There doesn't seem to be any immediate setting that can be changed to resolve this rather annoying issue. If you need more information please let me know and thanks in advance!
