I am looking for an app or program that works on iMac and ipad to allow me to manage my home finances. For many years i have used on my pc a program called Money Manager Ex which has been perfect for me.It. Also works on my iMac but not ipad, which is extremely frustrating to me.
Anyone got any suggestions?I am in the UK so that should be considered, free would also be good if possible. It does not neccesary need to link to bank accounts online.

Without any further information about your Mac or which version of OS X you're running, it's difficult to recommend anything to you. What I suggest is going to the Mac App Store and type "Money Manager" in the search field and take a look at what's offered. Many of the money manager programs are designed to work with various monetary systems. Very unlikely you're going to find anything that's robust and free.
