Just tried to update to 10.3.1 and had quite a time of it. If you are using an effective ad blocker, like WeBlock, you have to turn it off first, or you get stuck in an endless loop of "Updating iCloud". Thought I'd share the info so no one else gets stuck in the 3 hour mess I had. Although I know the experts here don't need to hear this, hopefully the rest of us will be spared the agony!
