Welcome to our forums.

Sorry to hear about your difficulty with your iPhone 4. However, with a broken home button you can not even put the phone in DFU mode to try to revive it. And an iPhone 4 is much too old to be restored with the latest versions of iTunes. Simply put, it's time for a new iPhone. Apple is now offering iPhones in their on line refurbished store. Their refurbished iPhones are fully warranted for one year and you can even buy Apple care.

You didn't say what country you're posting from so you would need to check with your local Apple store or local on line Apple sales.
