NEWBIE Can I install the latest version of Apple MAC Operating system on MacBook Pro

Hi , I have just purchased (awaiting delivery) Apple MacBook Pro A1425 13.3" Laptop - MD212B/A , it has 128gb HD , but I am wondering can I install the latest revision of the software and is it easy to install ? My past experiences for the past 20 years or so have been with Windows installs .

All advice welcomed :)

Your Mac's Specs
M1 MacMini 16 GB - Ventura, iPhone 14 Pro Max, 2015 iMac 16 GB Monterey
Unless I made a mistake looking up the specs it seems to be this model. If that's the case it should be able to run the latest OS.

When you receive it go to the Apple menu in the upper left of the screen and choose "About This Mac" and post the results.
