Safari keeps going out on my iPhone how do I recover it and STOP it from going out?

Can you tell us what "going out" means? What iPhone, what version of iOS?

you mean Crash ?
1- remove safari
2- reinstall it
3- restart your iphone

i can't fix it if you jailbreak your iphone
you can also use other browsers
