hi, i just bought mac book pro and i'm trying to play movies and episodes but they are not working in quicktime and also on front row i want to watch in front row but i can't i downloaded divx 6 and 3ivx but still nothing works !! can someone help me with that ?

download a program called VLC it is the best media player for mac IMO.

i'm also new to the mac world. for some reason VLC has trouble loading avi files sometimes. im on the 1.83 and sometimes i just feel lagged out. is anyone else having this problem... im regreting not getting the 2.0
