i cant get it to work says its not on or pluged in but i got in pluged in need drviers HELP!

whe i use yahoo to do the webcam i dont have the cd for the cam

well first of all...is the camera support for OS X ?
Second if it is you might want to head over to the manufactor's website for drivers
