Well, let me rephrase. Thank you, Apple, for making such amazing computers. But curse you, Apple, for using such a crappy graphics core on the Mini.

how would they fit a 256Meg ATI or NVidia core and RAM on the CROWDED Mini motherboard? There is no way.

The mini is only available at the price they sell it at because they have to cut back on certain features. The average Mini user will never need to have anything but an onboard graphics chipset. While it would be great to see dedicated graphics, it isn't going to happen because of the price, and size constraints. Just learn to appreciate the mini for what is, a great intro computer for new Apple users, or for use in your living room.

But shouldn't even the most basic of computers be able to play a basic game? Even my PDA can play games.

The Mini will play basic games and maybe even a few not so basic games, just don't expect it to get high frame rates with DOOM III and Quake 4 or games like that. I played Halo on my 1.25Ghz Mini and it was very playable.

Even at low fps, can I play them period, along with WoW? That is the answer I have been looking for. I cannot find the same two opinions on it anywhere on the internet lol.

You should be able to play WOW. iWhat told me once it played ok on his iBook. It all depends on how picky you are. You want it at max everything and 100FPS, then no, but you can for sure play WOW on the new Mini from all I have read. Just don't expect it to be like on a high end gaming rig.

Hope that helps.

Although this does make me wonder...

Why is it that anyone has yet to develop a break-out box for graphics? With FireWire and USB becoming faster and faster, it just seems like it'd happen eventually...
