Online video converter for Mac

hi folks, is there any online video file converter available for mac? One that converts long video files to files that are supported by "iMovie". Could anyone help me?

Are you wanting to have some website do the conversion? If so, between the uploads, downloads, and the size/length of the files, you could chew through quite a bit of bandwidth. That could be especially true if you have multiple conversions to do.

If you merely want a piece of software to convert video into iTunes-friendly formats there's plenty of software that will do that for you. I use Handbrake but there are numerous other apps that can be used including some in the App Store.

There are many online apps can convert video to mp4 video for editing in iMovie, such as zamzar, Acethinker Video Converter, mediaconverter, etc. They are totally free, and you don't have to download or install anything.
