I seem to be unable to post a new thread

The subject: the decline of Mac support and service:

There is no doubt that service at the iTunes store has definitely declined. Receipts for purchases arrive only erratically, but more importantly, messages sent to Support generally receive no response at all. What is going on?

Thank you for your support.

Have you contacted Apple Customer Service about this? They may be able to give you some helpful responses...and if an issue does exist...they would be the better one's to speak with to get it fixed.:)
