Congratulations. Long battle, but it looks like you finally won. ;) I'm still curious as to why Crucial didn't send you modules that would work. Not like them to do that.... ?

And just for clarity for any chance of possible future readers, how many total chip modules were actually on each RAM module??? 8 or 16 or…????

Now that the OP has got this computer working. Not sure pulling the RAM to count the chips is something I would want to do at this point.;) But hey...I could be wrong.:)
