I want to circulate events on a specific calendar for 14 months. To include notes, times i.e. full details I can only do this showing daily entries. I actually only want days to show where there are entries. At present I can only do this by deleting pages one by one. Is there a short cut to enable this?

Try printing the calendar and in the print options window pick "List" from the View options, then set the data range. It's not in the format of a calendar, but it lists each day that has an event, with details. I didn't try a lot of testing, but it's a place to start.

Thanks. I don't seem to have a Print list option but am working on solutions.

What version Calendar? I'm on 8.0. To get to the List option, Open Calendar, then File and Print and this dialog box should open:

The Box on the top right panel, currently Month, can be opened to show other options.
