quick question re. bootcamp & games

Hi,

I just wanted to know with windows xp via bootcamp on intel macs does that mean you can play pc games?

Yes, that is the MAIN reason why I am getting XP on my iMac.

what it does is install windows in its own partition and lets you choose which os to boot into. once in windows ti will have the same power as if you were using it on an alienware (or whatever) computer. You are not emulating the os like when using VPC on PPC macs which was painfully slow

Yeah, it runs natively while still leaving everything on the OS X partition alone.

that's great, the only thing I missed about windows were my games and it's the only reason I'm going to use XP, thanks
