Instagram won't let me upload a video longer than 15 seconds even though I have the latest update. I tried logging in my friends account on my phone and it would let me post a 60-second video on his account, but not mine! Anyone know why this might be or what I can do??

At the end of March Instagram posed news of the video length upgrade. A statement that included this:
"Longer video on Instagram begins rolling out today and will be available for everyone in the coming months"
They often roll there updates out over a period of months. It looks like your account isn't one of those that has been updated yet.
