:) It's Sunday so I'm interested to see who has the oldest working Mac, any version. Have seen mentions of models from 2000+. Are they still fully functional and what are the advantages/drawbacks? Do you have another model as well?

The oldest fully functional Mac I have is a Mac 512 from September, 1985. This includes the original box and an Imagewriter 1 dot matrix printer.

When you mentioned advantages/drawbacks…I'm not sure you were considering a Mac this old. Plenty of disadvantages with a 1985 computer in a 2016 world. I can't think of any advantages…other than being cute!;)

Purchased my Original LC model in January 1991, together with the dot matrix printer Nick uses which has been retired, and an Apple QuickTake camera from about 1994. Had to replace the LC hard dive, all 128MB of it and came with 8MB of memory. Operating system upgraded to 7.0.1 about 1995. All still operational
