Boot camp Xp, installing service pack 2 after windows?

Just want to chime in - don't try this without SP2. I had to re-install OSX after I made this mistake. If you can figure out how to slipstream a disk, as mentioned here, that will work, but don't even think about putting your non-SP2 disk in your iMac drive unless you want to lose everything! Whatever you do, I highly recommend imaging your system before starting.

Problems Slipstreaming

Warden, I have made several slipstreamed cd's containing the sp1 and sp2 update. They work fine on a pc, but osx will not recognize the XP operating system on the cd. My mac sees it as a blank rewritable cd, not a bootable disc. I was sure to close the disc when I burned it also. I have made at least 4 coasters with no success. Any suggestions?
