• The Mac-Forums Community Guidelines (linked at the top of every forum) are very clear, we respect US law and court precedence when it comes to legality of activity.

    Therefore to clarify:
    • You may not discuss breaking DVD or BluRay encryption, copying, or "ripping" commercial, copy-protected DVDs.
    • This includes DVDs or BluRays you own. Even if you own the DVD or BluRay, it is still technically illegal under the DMCA to break the encryption. While some may argue otherwise, until the law is rewritten or the US Supreme Court strikes it down, we will adhere to the current intent of the law.
    • You may discuss ripping or copying unprotected movies or homemade DVDs.
    • You may discuss ripping or copying tools in the context that they are used for legal purposes as outlined in this post.

Can't get my Voice Over volume to work in iMovie.

I did a voiceover for a video in iMovie and adjusted all the sound levels correctly, but now when I play my project and after I uploaded it to Youtube, I can't get my voiceover to play. I raised the volume level all the way up and still can't here it. It only plays in certain sections of the video clips.

I noticed that in the clips where the audio works, the "Lower Volume of Other Clips" box was unchecked in the footage itself. I made sure all the footage has that same box unchecked, so I don't know why it would mute my voice over for such large chunks of my video. I uploaded a screenshot of what the my iMovie controls look like...
