Navigator window is too big for my laptop

Can someone please enlighten me as to how to re-size my Netscape Navigator window? Somehow my browser window was enlarged so that the re-size box in the l.r. of the window is not visible. I can't get to it with my mouse/trackpad to re-size. In fact, the whole bottom of my browser window goes off the bottom of the screen. It's very annoying. Do I need to do something with my display? or is it Netscape?

Just try clicking the green button at the top of the window first, but yeah it woudl be in the display dialog while the app is open.

Thanks-that helped with Netscape. I'm also having the same problem with Neato disclabel + edition. I think it might be a problem with the application, though. Nothing I seem to do helps that . Guess I'll be e-mailing their tech support.
