Fusion drive ......

I see the newest fusion drive specs list the SSD as 24 GB where as before it was 128 GB.
Q: Would the standard emailing, surf the web, iPhoto person notice this decrease in GB or not?

Too right. Not that it matters as my understanding is only important system files will be stored there, for fast boot and wake from sleep etc. Have a read of this and see if it explains the situation. Your Photos etc will be stored on the 1TB platter drive. When I purchase a new iMac I will pay the extra for larger flash storage.

I believe Harry was intending to say "no, this will have no noticeable impact on how typical users use it."
