library question

inside the hard drive folder i see a system folder and a library folder.

and it seems that i have the same library items in both folders.

is this how its supposed to be? are the items taking up double space because they are located in two places? should i delete any to increase hard drive space?

they shouldnt be exactly the same(or most likely will not be)...some should be in the system some in the library and some in both...

dont delete them at this time.....
