Hi. I have M/S Word 2016 downloaded on my MBR. Installation was good but I have problems with certain aspects of the program.
When saving a file it changes it's format and looks different to the original I was working on.
It's for a course I'm doing in Australia at Tafe ( Technical and Further Education ).
Some parts of my work are not in line as they are when working in 'Word'. The version is for IOS. I made sure of that.
I have OS X El Captain 10.11.1
Thanks any help would be great.

Have you installed the latest update from Microsoft? I am told the first version had a lot of bugs many of which were fixed in the update. Others may have more details.

I would be more suspicious of some unusual formatting in that file. My first step I think would be to ensure that margins and tables are within common standards, for example. I tend to avoid unusual formatting, to ensure compatibility across Word versions.

You can also try saving it as an RTF file. I don't know if that will make a difference, but it's worth a try.

This part is confusing to me. If you have Word 2016, you are also working with Word. Can you elaborate on the iOS part?
