Help! G4 Acting up

Here's my itch
When I boot it brings me to the Kenel Panic saying Power Mac 3.3 fail to load.
I try everything possible to boot from the cd but it just don't work.
I would like to know what can I do now. It just don't want to boot from Disk Warrior or OS X 10-4 or even Boot.0.6.4
It is possible to format from Fireware?

Any help would be really appreciate.

Performa 6116 2GBSCSI 8MB OS 7.5.3
Do you have a second Mac? If so does the CD boot that Mac? If so then connect the two Macs via firewire and boot the troubled Mac holding down the T key. Then boot the other Mac to the CD. You can select the problem Mac as an install location. It should be seen as an external firewire drive.
