iChat compatible with what else?

I have a new MacBook Pro and I have iChat but how can I videoconference with all of my friends who are windows users?

Skype doesn't have video for their Mac version and neither does Aol Instant Messenger.

Help!

The very latest version of AIM (triton?) won't work apparently, but the previous one should.
