UK and US ibook keyboard .... is this true?

is this true?????????

I just bought an American iBook (i live in the UK) but being told that the apple macs use the same keyboard in the UK and the US, now i have just seen somewhere that they dont!! can some one clear this up for me? if they are different can you tell me the differences in them? i mean in the setup for win xp it asks for which region you are in UK or anywhere else does it do this when installing OSX? thx

I don't think there should be any problems im just not sure how you would sset up the pound key

dont care about pound key $ dollar would be fine, i would have bought a UK one but im only 16 and going to college and it was so cheap at $700

I started college when I was about 17 and 2 months.

im in the UK we finish high school at 16 and then start college straight away then after college for 2 years till we are 18 we go to uni till we are 21
