What does OEM stand for. Ive seen the term used on some threads. Thanks.

Place your cursor over the text 'OEM' then press ctrl+cmd+D. ;) That works in Safari, I dunno know about Firefox or other browsers.

Highlight the word OEM with the mouse then click CRTL(Control)-Command(apple)-D all the same time. It will bring up the dictionary with the meaning of OEM.

Do you really wanna know, or am I being an eeeeeeeediot answering your question? Original Equipment Manufacturer. Software comes with the hardware (Mac, PC, printer) and the registration code, so you're not SUPPOSED to go install it on loads of other machines, just that one. Just do it anyway.
