secure sites cannot be accessed, (ebay, hotmail)

i have a linksys router and connect to the internet wirelessly but i have a problem with accessing sites like hotmail and ebay, i type them in and they dont load, on safari they say server cannot be found, my isp is aol by the way, does anyone knoe what the problem is

Are you running anything that would be blocking port 443? Like a firewall, software or hardware.

y port 433 is tht the port for secure sites
