delay in Mavericks finder when opening folders. this helped fix it.

I don't understand why this helped, but it helped. if you find folders in the finder have a long delay before opening, make sure file sharing is turned on.

helped me. just wanted to share. when I upgraded to mavericks, I turned file sharing off. Im not sharing files with anyone, so why would I need it on? well folders in the finder open faster with it on. so for now, it's on.
