Syncing mail between multiple macs

Is there anyway to sync my mail (both incoming and outgoing messages) across multiple macs?

I have a MBP, and a rIMAC.

Ideally if I send a message on one, I'd like for it to also show up in the outbox on the other for purposes of record keeping.

Main email server is from my ISP and is configured as an IMAP account, but if need be I guess I could switch to an iCloud account if that would make what I want to do an easier task.

Having an IMAP account should keep things in synch so that what is deleted from the account appears on both Macs. Make sure that the account is correctly set up for IMap on both machines.
