Turn off double tap enlarge on ipad

I would like to turn off the double tap to enlarge function on my iPad. I'm using FileMaker go file and in it I have a counter which needs to be pressed multiple times. Unless I do it slowly the screen zooms in. any suggestions please?

I would expect that to be controlled under Settings -> General -> Accessibility.
