Wow! AdBlock is so good.

I imagine most if not all of us contributers on Mac Forums are using AdBlock but today I had cause to login on my iPhone. WOW! I had no idea how many ads were on the site. I know this is how the bills get paid but apart from the material the sheer volume is amazing. I don't mean to promote here but everybody should try turning it off for a while just to realise why it's so good. Eight ads blocked and Ghostery, nine trackers blocked. Could i ever go back? I don't think so.

I don't use AdBlock but see no ads at all. Buy a Premium Membership and switch to the ad free skin. ;D

But that's just Mac Forums. How do you escape the rest?

Regardless you've convinced me, I have upgraded.

Yeah, I also thought it was from Shakespeare. I like the "The Raven" better.

If you use Firefox, a really interesting extension is Lightbeam which records every site called from the one that you're visiting. It presents this data in a visual flow diagram so you can see what sites are connecting to what.
