iCloud, FaceTime and iMessage pop ups

I few days ago I started getting popups to sign into iCloud iMessage and FaceTime on my macbook pro every time i start it up. and now they are coming up on my iPhone and I can not get rid of them. I do not use any of them.

So turn off iCloud and Facetime on the devices. System Preferences for Mac, Settings for iOS.

I was just wonder what would of made all them start at once. and my Macbook pro wanted me to log in which is something i have never needed to do. I just restarted it and that went away. on my iPhone the password prompts would not stop till I did finally get to turn them off in setting. I only had about 3 seconds between them popping to do that.
