This article would be more helpful if I had an iCloud Status selection available in iTunes. Yes, I am running the most recent version of iTunes. Turning on Apple Music deleted all my playlist from my iPhone. The music on the playlists is still there, but the playlists are gone.

Great link, thank you. I have an issue with one of my artists (maybe more than one) where when I select make available offline on my iPhone, it doesn't actually show offline when it's finished downloading. The artist is Depeche Mode.

I'm calling Apple support about this later today, but if anyone else has had this issue and fixed it, let me know.
