Try unplugging and plugging the keyboard. Try shutting down the Mac Mini and restarting it. If that does not work do you have another keyboard you can try?

I tried messing with keyboard USBs but no luck. There is also a strange fix on the web from a previous occasion when this happened. Use the keyboard with a USB extension lead.
Tried that as well, but it didn't work.
As this has happened straight after installing 10.10.4, my guess is there is an issue with the keyboard driver.
