I have a Logitech M705 "Marathon" mouse. Suppose to last forever on a set of batteries. Uses the unifying software USB dongle. My iMac has two user accounts; one for me and one for my wife. Mouse works just fine for her. Switch to my account and the mouse movement stops shortly after switching to my account. Scroll works. Buttons work. But moving the mouse around does not move the cursor. Sometimes. Other times it will. Fresh batteries.

Ideas?
