iPhone 6 Vibration Issue

Hi all,

I've been trying to troubleshoot the issue I'm having but can't find anyone with the same issue on the internet.

Usually, I have my phone on silent with no sounds or vibrate. Recently I decided I'd like to put it on vibrate when I'm at work incase of emergency so I switched on 'Vibrate on Ring' and 'Vibrate on Silent' and it doesn't vibrate when I receive a text/call.

Hoping someone can advise what I should do, thanks in advance.

I would try a restore if you are having this issue. I assume that the vibrate works when you toggle the switch?
