So I have a 13 inch retina display macbook from late 2013 running OS X Yosemite 10.10.

A few months ago I started having this problem. It will stay connected for maybe 5 minutes max and then randomly disconnect. I can still just click the network again and reconnect, but all these interruptions make it impossible to be productive. At first I thought it was a problem with my WiFi, but now my computer has been doing this on 3 different networks and it's getting worse. Can someone please help me?

Are you running the latest updates to Yosemite? (10.10.3) There were some WiFi problems initially with Yosemite but they have been fixed according to Apple. And, Yosemite 10.10.4 (still in beta) will further address some other things regarding Wifi.
